Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By adding Gamble Games to a Discord server or interacting with any of its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.

2. Description of Service

Gamble Games is a Discord bot providing simulated casino-style games, an in-game virtual economy, social features, and a World Cup 2026 prediction market — all using virtual coins that have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or goods of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Gamble Games, in accordance with Discord's own Terms of Service. By using the bot you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Virtual Currency

All coins, balances, items, and in-game assets within Gamble Games are virtual. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the bot, and cannot be redeemed for real money or anything of monetary value. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual balances at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs or unintended behaviour to gain an unfair advantage
• Use automation, bots, or scripts to interact with Gamble Games commands
• Attempt to manipulate the economy in ways that disrupt other users' experience
• Use the bot in a manner that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users through the bot's social features

6. Availability

Gamble Games is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the bot at any time without notice.

7. Data & Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the bot if you violate these Terms. Virtual balances and data associated with a terminated account are forfeited without recourse.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Gamble Games is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for any loss of virtual in-game assets resulting from bugs, downtime, or bot errors.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

Gamble Games stores only the data necessary to operate the bot's features. This includes:

• Discord User ID — to associate your in-game profile, balance, and stats with your account
• Discord Server (Guild) ID — to scope economy data to the correct server
• In-game activity — game history, bet amounts, win/loss records, achievements, and transaction logs within the bot's own economy
• World Cup predictions — match predictions you submit via /worldcup predict

We do not collect your username, avatar, email address, IP address, or any personal information beyond what Discord makes available to bots via its API.

2. How We Use It

Collected data is used exclusively to operate Gamble Games features: calculating balances, resolving game outcomes, generating leaderboards, tracking streaks, and delivering vote rewards. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for commercial purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

Gamble Games interacts with the following external services to power certain features:

• Discord API — all bot interactions route through Discord's own infrastructure, subject to Discord's Privacy Policy
• CoinGecko API — used to fetch real-time cryptocurrency prices for the CryptoCrash game. No user data is sent to CoinGecko
• Top.gg — used for vote tracking and reward delivery. When you vote on Top.gg, Top.gg sends your Discord User ID to us via webhook
• worldcup26.ir API — used to retrieve live World Cup 2026 match data. No user data is sent to this service

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as you use the bot. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us via the support server and we will remove your record within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Data Security

Economy data is stored in a local SQLite database on the bot's host server. We take reasonable precautions to secure this data, but no system is completely secure. We are not liable for any unauthorised access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Children's Privacy

Gamble Games is not directed at children under 13. If we become aware that a user under 13 has submitted data, we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, please reach out via the official support server.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the support server. Continued use of the bot constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
